Adrenaline junkies will love these two amazing thrill rides at Screamer’s Park on the Daytona Beach Boardwalk. On the SlingShot, passengers are propelled 365 feet into the air at speeds up to 100 mph. From up so high, you’ll be able to take in the beautiful Daytona Beach views if you’re able to keep your eyes open! The Vomatron ride is similar to the centrifuge used to train astronauts, except mounted vertically. Passengers rotate at speeds of more than 70 mph, while the individual capsules spin, putting 4 Gs of force on the riders.
